Sehr
geehrter BSI / WinSIS-X Kunde, das
Schäferhunde-Informationssystem wurde Anfang der 90er-Jahre von
der Firma BSI in Deutschland entwickelt und vertrieben. |
|
Als
diese die Weiterentwicklung vor ein paar Jahren eingestellt haben
wurden die alleinigen Vertriebs- und Entwicklungsrechte an mich übertragen. |
|
Die
Firma WIKING war anfangs mein Vertriebs- und Kooperationspartner in Deutschland; |
|
allerdings
ist die Zusammenarbeit zwischenzeitlich beendet, so daß die
Firma WIKING ( Peter Schultz, Deutschland ) heute keine
Vertriebsrechte mehr besitzt. |

WinSIS-X customers, |

the
German-Shepherd-Informationsystem ("Schäferhunde
Informationssystem") was developed and distributed by BSI GmbH
in Germany and I has been the sales-agent for Denmark. BSI stopped
the ongoing updates and the distribution a few years ago and
transfered ALL RIGHTS OF DEVELOPMENT, MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION
exclusively to me. WIKING in Germany has been my sales-partner in
Germany in the beginning, but later on we stopped the cooperation. |

Actually,
WIKING ( Peter Schultz, Germany ) has no right to sell the software,
the database or updates of the database !!! |
|
I hope that
this announcement helps to clear the situation to all of my customers
and partners. In case of any questions please do not hesitate to
contact me directly. I am looking forward to providing you with the
updates of the year 2003 soon. |
